Mitglied des VSO BL können alle Sozialhilfebehörden und Sozialhilfeverbunde des Kantons Basel-Landschaft werden. Mitglied ohne Stimmrecht können als Kollektivmitglied interessierte Organisationen und Vereinigungen, aber auch Einzelpersonen werden.
